Professional Networking and Mentorship

The MDBMBA and NBMBAA supports its members through a variety of events and content. This can only be done with the help of members, sponsors, partners, presenters, and other stakeholders who volunteer time to support us with logistics, hosting, presentation and marketing materials, and communications. These activities provide both members and partners opportunities to build networks and even identify professional mentors and advocates.

Community Engagement

The MDBMBA mission is focused on engaging a demographic that historically has had less access to resources and economic opportunities than other communities. A key component of our mission is the Leaders of Tomorrow Student Mentoring Program. Vetted volunteers, sponsors, partners, and supporters are key to the success of this important program. Just as important is that our volunteers show the students how to ‘Pay it Forward’ through their own community service commitments.
